Melanie Wilmink is a 2022–2024 Banting Postdoctoral Fellow at Yonsei University (Seoul, South Korea) where she investigates the art of the Korean smart city. This research is intertwined with her independent curating practice, including exhibitions like the Situated Cinema project (Pleasure Dome, 2015) and Winter Warmer (Sidewalk Labs Toronto, 2019).
