Mathilde Fauteux

Mathilde Fauteux is an incoming graduate student at Concordia University in Montreal, Canada where she will continue studying film. Her research interests include experimental and non-fiction filmmaking, the relationship between knowledge production, access to information and media as well as postcolonial theory and transnational approaches to film. Most recently, her research work has reflected a strong engagement with cultural production as an avenue through which to challenge dominant historiographies and negotiate liminal subject positions.
