Jamie Hakim is a Lecturer in Culture, Media and Creative Industries at King’s College, London. His research interests include queer cultures of intimacy, care and collectivity. His latest co-authored book Digital Intimacies: Queer Men and Smartphones in Times of Crisis (Bloomsbury) includes reflections on changes in London’s queer nightlife since 2016.
